A referral from your General Practitioner or Specialist is required prior to becoming a patient of the practice and you will be required to complete a practice patient registration form prior to your first consultation.
We aim to provide a prompt and efficient service across three consulting sites, Mitcham Rooms, Box Hill Rooms and Knox Rooms from 9:00am to 5:00pm, except public holidays
Your understanding is appreciated in circumstances when urgent patient care matters may at times cause delay or cancellation of your appointment. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible to ensure your inconvenience is minimal.
